- State Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, Jharkhand invites bid from eligible Bidders for “Selection of Interface Agencies for conducting the ABDM related activities” under the Microsite program in the state of Jharkhand as per requirements stipulated in this Bidding Documents (defined herein after or associated correspondences thereto).
- Accordingly, it has been decided to carry out the bidding process (defined herein after) for selection of Interface Agency for providing the service (“Service”) as specified in section of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
- The Blank Bidding Documents with detailed conditions can be obtained through website https://jsacs.org.in/ .The fully filled and completed documents should be submitted physically to AYUSHMAN BHARAT DIGITAL MISSION- Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Directorate of Health, 4th Floor ABDM Office TATA Road, Namkum Ranchi-834010.
- State Mission Director, ABDM Jharkhand shall receive Bids pursuant to this RFP in accordance with the terms set forth in this document and other documents pursuant to this document, as modified, altered, amended and clarified from time to time by the State Mission Director, ABDM Jharkhand (collectively the “Bidding Documents”). All Bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with such terms on or before the time on the date specified in Clause herein below for submission of Bids (the “Bid Due Date”). The Bidding Documents includes the RFP/ and Contract with its Annexures.
